Pass alltid på at teen har plass til å utvide seg under trekking. En for tett tesil gir mindre smak på brygget.

Mengde/amount of leaves: 2 gram per kopp eller 1 tskj. per kopp / 12 gram per liter eller 4-5 tskj per liter

Vanntemperatur/water temp.: 90-100 grader celsius

Trekketid/steeping time: 3-5 minutter

Eksperimenter gjerne med trekketid og mengde te. Vi har alle våre preferanser.

Be sure to have enough space for the leves to expand when steeping. If the chosen tea strainer is too packed, less flavour will develop.

Feel free to experiment with steeping time and amount of leaves, we all have different preferences.
