Håndlaget matcha-sett

Om du som meg elsker matcha og ønsker å investere i ritualet anbefaler jeg at du investerer i en chasen (tevisp).  Vispen er enkel i bruk, visper kjapt og effektivt slik at du unngår klumper av te, og kan vare flere år om du tar godt vare på den. Denne japanske chasen er i bambus og har 80 børstehår.   Hvorfor anbefales en tevisp av bambus ovenfor en vanlig visp av metall eller en elektrisk visp? En chasen brukt korrekt er mer skånsom for teen og bidrar til at de riktige smakene kommer frem i brygget.  I tillegg er vispen mye bedre på å vispe teen jevnt uten at den klumper seg eller at te samles i bunnen av matchaskålen.  Av erfaring er klumper og bunnrester et større problem med elektiske visper da du ikke når bunnen av skåla med en elektrisk visp uten at dette stopper vispen.    I tillegg ser den meget pen ut på kjøkkenbenken. The whisk is easy to use, whisks quickly and efficiently to avoid lumps of tea. It can last you years if you treat it with love. This japanese chasen is made of bamboo and has 80 prongs. Why is a bamboo whisk recomended instead of a metal og electric whisk? When used correctly the chasen is more gentle with the tea, which help the right flavours to develop. Additionaly the whisk is better at whisking evenly, avoiding lumps and gathering of tea on the bottom of the matchabowl. From experience lumps are a bigger problem with electrical whisks because you cant always reach the bottom of the matchabowl without stopping the electrical whisk spinning.    It also looks very pretty on the kitchen counter. Fits with our kusenaoshi.

En liten sil av rustfritt stål for å sile matchapulver igjennom for enklere matchabrygging. Denne silen er også fin om du brygger te i kanne med frittflytende teblader og trenger en sil å helle teen igjennom.   -- A small strainer in stainless steel to sift the matchapowder for easier matcha brewing.
